Visits to the T.C. Ministry of Trade, T.C. Ministry of Agriculture, and T.C. Ministry of Treasury and Finance

Within the scope of the "1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program," the project titled "Analysis of Price Permeability and Market Power in the Supply Chain Stages of Major Vegetables in Turkey: Policy Recommendations for Food Inflation," in which our Faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kübra Önder (Researcher) and Res. Asst. Dr. Büşra AKIN (Scholar) participated, has approached its final result. The analysis findings obtained within the scope of the project, the problems encountered in the analyzed sector, and the solution proposals for these problems, as well as recommendations for combating food inflation, were shared in meetings with officials from the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Turkey, and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey. Additionally, in the meetings held, what could be done for the sector with the participation of the relevant ministries was evaluated.
