The Social Work Department Student Workshop, held on October 14, 2026, was conducted with the active participation of our students to comprehensively evaluate the department's curriculum and course contents. Throughout the workshop, our students thoroughly examined the contents, quality, and how well the courses in the current education program responded to practical needs in the field. In productive sessions conducted in groups, constructive suggestions were made regarding the updating of course contents, the integration of theory and practice, and the development of the curriculum. The direct feedback and expectations presented by our students created a valuable foundation to further strengthen the quality of education and the curriculum vision of our department. During the event, which was marked by active sharing of views among participants, significant exchanges of ideas took place that would guide the future structure of the curriculum. The program successfully concluded with a general closing evaluation where the key outputs obtained at the curriculum level and student-centered course suggestions were shared.
